Fritz Manke GmbH endeavours to ensure that the websites comply with the provisions of the
<\/b>Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG),
Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG),
Disability Equality Act of North Rhine-Westphalia (BGG NRW) (\u00a7 10 to \u00a7 10e),
the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and
the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance of North Rhine-Westphalia (BITV NRW)
for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019\/882.<\/p>

STATUS OF COMPATIBILITY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
<\/b>The accessibility requirements are set out in Sections 3 (1) to (4) and 4 of BITV 2.0, which were issued on the basis of Section 12d BGG, and Sections 2 and 3 of BITV NRW.
The review of compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment carried out in the period from 1 June 2025 to 20 June 2025.<\/p>

Based on the review, the website is partially compliant with the aforementioned requirements due to the following incompatibilities and\/or exceptions.<\/p>

The content and functions listed below are not yet compatible with the success criterion and are therefore not yet accessible:<\/b><\/p>

On some pages, the contrast between text and background and graphic control elements is too low (BITV 1.4.3).
<\/b><\/p>

Some pages are not optimally usable without a mouse (BITV 2.1.1).
a) On some pages, the focus sequence and the focus itself must be partially optimised (BITV 2.4.3 and BITV 2.4.7).
b) On some pages, form fields are not optimised for use with screen readers and keyboard control. In some cases, there is no detailed input assistance (BITV 3.3.2 and BITV 4.1.2).
c) On some pages, the alternative text for images is missing or is not sufficiently detailed (BITV 1.1.1).
d) On some pages there are modules that need to be semantically revised (BITV 1.3.1 and BITV 4.1.1).
e) ARIA labels and title tags are missing on some pages (BITV 4.1.2).
f) Inappropriate structural elements are used on some pages (BITV 1.3.1).<\/p>

On some pages, graphics are embedded in images and not as HTML text (BITV 1.4.5).
On some pages, the link texts and\/or button texts and headings are not optimal (BITV 2.4.4 and BITV 2.4.6).<\/p>

The following function is temporarily not accessible due to a disproportionate burden in accordance with Section 12a (6) BGG:
